Seller reviewWe were going to list our home By-Owner because most everything sells quickly and easily in our neighborhood. Allen Robison had brought me a buyer for a "second home" that I had listed with another agent a few months earlier. The fact that I chose my buyer's agent to list our home and not to sell By-Owner should speak volumes about Allen's customer service. I never even considered listing with my prior listing agent. Never! As I told other neighbors about using Allen Robison, "listen to every word this agent says and then watch how quickly and easily Allen will make the sale happen." Extraordinary attention to detail with flawless communication. Restored my faith in real estate agents, and that wasn't an easy thing to accomplish. I don't have enough good things to say about his commitment to service.
