When came time to sell this property, we never considered contacting anyone else. She analyzed the property, came up with a plan, and nailed the value for asking price. She knew of possible buyers and sold the house in under 24 hours from the time we signed the realtor agreement with her. The whole process went smooth including her being at closing. She is extremely knowledgeable with the local market and provided excellent customer service. Fantastic experience! She is the best!
