Seller reviewVery nice personality and easy to talk to. She described in detail important things related to selling my property. She is knowledgeable, efficient and timely. If I had any other property in Eddy County I would definitely go to her for help. She's a very friendly lady! This property was willed to me, my brother and my sister, I was appointed as the Administrator by an Eddy County. I asked Amanda if we could meet with her so that she could explain about selling property to my sister's son and daughters. She was more than happy to meet. We met for breakfast and my family fell in love with her. Her knowledge and method in which she explained New Mexico laws and requirement to selling properties and with her fine personality are just right!!

When we had to take the first time home buyers course we already knew most of it because Amanda set us down previously and explained the different home buying options. When there was a snag with the process, Amanda did not just stop. She worked through it. She made sure that we understood everything that we were paying for and why we were doing so.
