I worked with Amanda in the purchase of my home, so when it came time to sell it, i didn't even think. I already knew who the best was. I called her up and within days she had a full market analysis, recommended pricing and marketing plan in place. Amanda is amazing! She works tirelessy for her clients and delivers in spades on her commitments. She went above an beyond to make sure that my house sold as quickly as possible and at the price I wanted. I listed the house on 11/11 (going into the holiday season) and we closed on 2/11. She never stopped showing right through the holidays- unbelievable dedication. We had a tricky situation with our buyer's financing that caused a few delays. Amanda's experience and knowledge gave her the ability skillfully navigate those waters and push the sale through in record time. She never stopped advocating for me made sure the deal was done at full asking and on time...I wouldn't want anyone else negotiating on my behalf in that situation. On a more persoanl note, I had two cats and a dog to contend with while showing. Amanda was great at reminding the agents to be mindful of the cats, even putting little signs at each entrance reminding them to not let them out. She would sit near the kennel with my dog during open houses and pet her to keep her calm when there were crowds. Not every agent does those things. Amanda truly cares about her clients. She listens, advises, educates when needed, and makes it a personal mission to take care of you throughout the process. She's the perfect package of personality, kindess, and shrewd negotiator all rolled into one!

Amanda Staines is hands down the best person to work with when buying or selling a home. She has helped me with both including recently buying a home for my parents who relocated to the area. She is so knowledgeable, caring, patient, timely and attentive. my husband and I built our home and she was there with us every step of the way and recently when my parents needed a home, she knew I had my eye on a particular neighborhood where homes rarely become available and when one did, she notified me right away and made herself available within a couple of hours to go and view the home. There were already many people interested in the home and my parents fell in love with it. We said please get them this home, and she did. She is truly amazing, and trust me, I am not easy to please. I wouldn't think of having anyone other than Amanda help me through the process of buying or selling a home in the future. I don't think there are many agents that would care as much as she does about making her clients happy. She is one of a kind and I am so grateful to her.
