Buyer reviewAmanda is a great representation of Century 21. When it comes to moving in the military the best thing a realtor can offer is comfort, and knowing the realtor is on your side, and not looking for a Pay check. Amanda gave us comfort in knowing she was finding a place that would meet our needs, even as those needs changed during our moving process from Japan. We were able to focus on enrolling the kids in school, packing up for an international move, and trying to figure out our lives and how retirement would effect us financially. Amanda handled our VA loan with ease, and allowed is to focus on having some family time before our active duty service member left the state. There is nothing I could say that would do Amanda justice in all of her efforts. I know any other military families would be lucky to have her in their corner.

Seller reviewAmanda Toscano has extensive knowledge of the local area where my properties are located and of government requirements and restrictions that affect them. She did additional research, when land use questions and concerns arose, to make sure the correct information was obtained. She is forthright and honest in all the dealings I have had with her, and tells it like it is when she informes me of her findings. These are just a few of the many reasons for why I appreciate in Amanda and recommend her as an agent.

Enjoyed working with her on the sale of one house and the purchase of another house. Her enthusiasm keeps the stress level low for me. The best thing though was I could tell she genuinely wanted what was best for me, whether or not she made a commission or not. I'll definitely be using her as my realtor going forward. She's a keeper!
