Seller reviewAmanda Toscano has extensive knowledge of the local area where my properties are located and of government requirements and restrictions that affect them. She did additional research, when land use questions and concerns arose, to make sure the correct information was obtained. She is forthright and honest in all the dealings I have had with her, and tells it like it is when she informes me of her findings. These are just a few of the many reasons for why I appreciate in Amanda and recommend her as an agent.

Buyer reviewAmanda was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in helping suss out extra information about the property I was interested in purchasing, making sure I was aware of any red flags, handling communications for an owner-financed property, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. The best thing though was I could tell she genuinely wanted what was best for me, whether or not she made a commission or not. I'll definitely be using her as my realtor going forward. She's a keeper!
