I have known Amber Blood for more than 10 years. Amber sold me my first home in Paradise in 2007. I was new to the area at that time. I was greatly impressed with her knowledge of real estate in Paradise at that time. I was still living in the Bay Area at that time and had to rely on Amber to find the type of home I was looking for. It took awhile, but I finally found the perfect home at that time. I would definitely use Amber's services again and would gladly without hesitation recommend her.

Amber Blood was always friendly and professional in guiding us in our search and acquisition of our new place. Even though we were at times spread out in three different counties Amber had the intricate process of real estate paperwork so under control that it seemed effortless to accomplish that difficult task. Are house deal went super fast she wrote the deal clean and mean the lender was amazing the cash out of pocket was exactly how much they said honestly it couldn't have been any easier or less stressful especially when purchasing a home would never use a different realtor she's amazing
