She helped us every step of the way. We really appreciate all her efforts in finding us the perfect home for us. She even has checked back with us after closing just to make sure we were doing ok or if we needed anything else. We will recommend her to anyone we know that is looking to buy in the area!!! We are interested in purchasing another property, when we are ready, we will be calling Amber!!!!!!

Seller reviewAmber Blood was exceptional from the beginning to the end. She babied the deal right along even when the buyer was being demanding. She stayed in touch with me always by phone or the computer after meeting with me in person twice. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this residence, so was dependent on her sending me the info on how to read and sign everything via phone or internet. Instructions on getting documents to do with the CC & R's, capital gains forms, on Fed Ex, getting a notary, etc. I will recommend Amber Blood 100% to all the people I know in Paradise as well as persons possibly interested buying in Paradise. The only unfortunate thing is I will miss Amber Blood now the sale is complete!!
