During a time of questionable financing for the buyer, Joy was able to quickly step in and recommend to the buyer's realtor another loan officer and financial institution that successfully brought the sale to a close. Joy was always willing to answer any question that we had. She never made us feel that our questions were irrelevant or not necessary. We owned a family home that had a well go dry and Joy was able to sell that property in a timely manner for a price that we all agreed up on. Our friends thought it was a miracle.
