I saw the office as I was driving through Barefoot and went in as I was considering purchasing a vacation rental condo. I am also a realtor in the Raleigh NC area, so I have never worked personally with a realtor, working for me! Anastasiya was the agent on duty in the office. I immediately enjoyed chatting with Anastasiya and had no doubt that she would be wonderful to work with. She shared with me her knowledge about the local area and also the most recent real estate trends in the market. She understood what I was looking for and was so kind. She pulled up units for sale that fit my criteria and made appointments right away for us to view. We did not find a unit of interest on the day we viewed homes, but she set me up on a search and as soon as I arrived back in Raleigh, I saw one that I wanted to make an offer on, sight unseen. Anastasiya went to work immediately, went over the terms of the contract and wrote the offer (which were new to me as I am only familiar with NC contracts). She visited the unit for me and did facetime video. The seller accepted our offer! Through the whole process, she was always so kind and helpful. Anastasiya became a friend to me. I had immediate trust in her from the moment we met, which is so important when you are making a purchase from out of state. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a property in Myrtle Beach or surrounding areas. The best of the best and I am so fortunate to have stopped by the office and met her! A blessing. We are now owners of a beautiful condo in Myrtle and having Anastasiya as our agent for sure made it happen with ease and pleasure.
