Buyer reviewAndrea was friendly and available to answer questions, checked in soon after meeting,took interest in what we were looking for. Andrea was always quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. She went out of her way to help us deal with the Lending since I was still in school. She but go look at places when we couldn't since we were in Oregon. She was super friendly, super approachable, very kind, and overall just great. I have already recommended her to others.

I couldn't believe this home was really mine until it funded and recorded and she made sure I knew the moment it happened. My husband and I appreciate her so much. She showed up on a dime to look, and re look at some property's. I fell in love with this house the minute we walked in and she was right there making phone calls and making it happen. Andrea is the person to go to if you need to buy or sell a house. She also sold our previous property and she was wonderful during that too! There is nothing I saw that needs improvement. As one who is technology deficient, with all paperwork and communication done online, I relied on Andrea's expertise totally. I had never done it before. She helped me with all paperwork and was there every step of the way and even insured that i get title insurance which ended up being a life saver. When it came to the house, Andrea was totally honest about conditin of the house, history etc. she communicated in a manner that did mt discourage or encourage me to purchase it. She simply pointed out helpful facts and suggestions. I love her direct, honest, non judgmental approach. She is the best. If i sell my house in future, i will absolutely sign with her. I trust her no nnsense friendy approach that informs her buyers and i would assume her sellers as well.

Seller reviewI had been in the market for selling & purchasing a new home for 2 years. I was familiar with the fact that Andrea had recently become an agent with Century 21 and could trust her judgement and advice anytime I had a question throughout the process. Being that Andrea was also a friend outside of potential business, I was hesitant to mix "business with pleasure." That being said I went through quite a few agents in 2 years time that just didn't seem to meet MY needs, until coming full circle and returning to the agent I trusted from the beginning, Andrea Gathwright. Through my home selling process, Andrea was professional, efficient, productive, helpful and to the point. She didn't allow any slow down in the process, fought tooth and nail for me anytime another agent tried to haggle the price of my home and made the transition from home owner to seller a comfortable and easy one.
