Seller reviewWe had a tough situation. Tammy was diagnosed with breast cancer and we needed to sell our home to pay off all the bills. (we were not behind or anything). Andrea Gathwright went above and beyond and then again beyond that. It was hard physically to move, clean and do the repairs that the inspection brought out. She cheered us a long. We had a couple of minor hiccups and Andrea was right there on top of the issues getting it all taken care of with great communication. We were never in the dark. She went really above and beyond for our the open house. In fact I don't know of anyone's realtor who in our price range (205,000) even had an open house! She was committed to selling our house for us and making sure those who stopped by were fully aware of all the improvements. She was amazing! Even more amazing when she needed to show the house during the week. We had plenty of notice, she let us know when we could come home etc. I recommend her because she truly cares and has the work ethic to put that into action to produces results.

Buyer reviewThis was my 6th home purchase and the most difficult purchase due to adding a rehabilitation loan (203K) to the regular FHA loan. Because of the rehabilitation, many site visits were necessary to insure that contractors had access to the property. Andrea was very accommodating and helpful. We struggled the whole way with our lender due to lender incompetency but Andrea was always there to keep the train rolling and get us to our closing date. Even when we were having problems with our materials supplier for flooring and granite she was there with us to help us resolve the issues we were having. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. She is a go getter, and will definitely work hard for you. Never been more impressed by a realtor. Thank you Andrea Gathwright, you are amazing.

I could not have asked for a better agent to handle all my requests and concerns. She has been amazing person to deal with and made everything easy and painless with the homes . She is a true professional that can hear what you are not saying on what you may or may not want in a house. My wife was still back in Iowa through most the process and Andrea was very patient in letting me facetime with my wife at several viewings! This was very helpful in getting both of us involved! Andrea went over and above making sure all the paperwork was in line, that I was on time with my part of the purchase, and helped with getting our fence in the backyard for our dogs! I really felt Andrea listened to what we wanted in our home and she found it! My wife and I arr very happy with her and the home! Great Job Andrea!

Andrea makes herself available because she cares about her clients. I have read in other reviews that Andrea puts her clients first, and I agree. Andrea is a tough negotiator and is tough on everyone to meet their deadlines. Andrea worked well with our lender and the title company.
