I first met Aneta Nowak in 2011 when I attended an open house she was hosting in Union County. At the time I did not have a broker representing me and I also was not committed to buying a home (I was just researching the market - I thought!). I put an offer on the home she was representing and while my offer was not successful, Aneta mentioned that there were other properties for me to consider and within my price range. I was in no rush to buy anything but I was curious about what was on the market. Aneta immediately followed up with me and emailed me potential listings. She continued to take me out to view homes until I ultimately found the home I ended up purchasing in 2012. Six years later, in 2018 Aneta helped me sell that very same home and did so with grace, poise and the ultimate level of professionalism. She came prepared to our first meeting about selling my home with recent comparable sales in the neighborhood to help inform what sales price would be the most sensible. After a short walk around the house, she also made helpful suggestions on what could be done to make advertising of the home more marketable (i.e., painting, etc.). I also referred a close family friend to Aneta when he was struggling with finding a committed real estate professional to help him find a home for purchase. He had to go through 3-4 brokers before he became completely discouraged that he would never find a home. I recommended that he contact Aneta and she worked tirelessly with him until she ultimately helped him find his new home. Aneta is attentive, professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She LISTENS and is highly observant of her clients' needs and wants and tailors her approach and style to helping you find (or sell) your home. She has a genuine spirit that makes you know she really cares about her clients. Aneta as left a very positive impression on me and and as long as I am in the business to purchase/sell real estate, or if I know of anyone looking to purchase real estate in NJ, I will always refer them to Aneta.
