Seller reviewAneta is a knowledgeable agent who i called over to the property before i even started renovation to give me an estimated appraisal of what i could sell it for, Of course with the agreed finishes when done with the renovation. She was not trying to sell me hard with an unrealistic value, to protect my investment, She was actually right on the ball. When renovation finished She staged the home spruced it up (All included) and ended up selling it for exactly what she said it would sell for in less then 2 weeks, It doesn't any get better then that.
