Seller reviewI'm a long time real estate investor and have worked with many realtors, in numerous states. I've worked with Annette and Ed & Margaret Williams Century 21 for many years on numerous single family, multi family, and commercial, investment property deals. She has been consistent and extremely diligent, accessible, knowledgeable and highly competent in all aspects of identifying, financing/purchasing, renting/leasing, and marketing of various properties. She's honest and always pleasant and has a tremendous work ethic while having a strong ability to work through sometimes complex and challenging negotiations, which only comes with many years of experience. A large part of my success has come from having her as a key part of my team throughout those years. I would strongly recommend her to anyone for any/all of your real estate needs. True professionals are a rare commodity these days.

She came to our first meeting prepared with a thorough, candid market analysis and I was very impressed with how much research she had done before she even met me. I should not have been surprised, because within an hour of my initial phone call, I had a marketing plan to review. That helped me think of the right questions to ask and what I needed to do as the seller. I felt informed and ready to start the process. It all went smoothly. Regardless of the time of day I got immediate responses to my questions. This realty firm runs like a well oiled machine. In my opinion, they used a successful, comprehensive approach to marketing my property. I couldn't be happier.
