Of the three brokers I interviewed, Annette Bauer was the most professional, best prepared and personable of all. Annette made her presentation with comps that were on the money, the other brokers did not even provide comps or presented comps that were inappropriate! Annette's knowledge and guidance through out the listing and sales process were invaluable. Annette is a true professional and I would not hesitate to do business with her in the future or to recommend her services to others.
