Annie was extremely knowledgeable about the area, market trends, best items to renovate for the highest return potential, what providers for inspections/repairs were best, and literally everything else we needed. She was extremely responsive to all of our requests - often replying to us within a minute or two. She made the buying process fun with her humor and candor. Last, but certainly not least, she was an absolute bulldog when it came to defending our interests both as a selling and purchasing agent. Without her this would process would have been a nightmare instead of a joy. We simply could not have asked for anything more.
