Personal Profile
Art began his real estate career in 1986 working for local homebuilders as a Sales Manager for New Home Sales. Over the past 35+ years, Art has excelled in his industry, earning every major professional designation and certification as well as numerous prestigious awards for sales and customer service excellence. Art founded The Art of Real Estate Team in 2008 after achieving the CENTURY 21 President's Award as an individual agent - - the only agent or team so honored that year throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region out of over 1,800 sales professionals.
Art grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated from Oakton High School in Vienna. Since his family first moved to Herndon in the early 1970's, Art has resided in Fairfax, Oakton, Burke, Reston, Centreville, and now Oak Hill. He currently lives in the Franklin Farm community with his wife, Fran, and their three boys. When not assisting clients, Art enjoys fishing, reading, spending time with his family and friends, and is active with his local church.

We met with him to just have a preliminary meeting about the whole process and feel out if Art was a good fit. We were sold immediately! Met with us for almost 3 hours, talked about the whole process, listened to and answered all of our crazy questions, was realistic but totally on board with our goals, and was obviously committed to being a great agent for us. Art was very quick, and embraced how quickly we wanted to move on a property. In our haste, he was methodical, and attentive to details to make sure that the offers we submitted/received were protecting us and fair.
