I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Astryd was enthusiastic and helpful on our first phone call which made me feel comfortable with her as our broker. I believe Astryd's knowledge and understanding were critical is getting our offer accepted and we would not have been as successful in getting the home we wanted without her. Astryd is just great all around. She knows what she's doing, she's respectful, and I can tell she cares about her buyers. I felt Astryd had our best interest in mind. I felt the process was explained well to me and there were no surprises. The process was much smoother and easier than I anticipated.
