I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Astryd was fantastic about working around our schedules and making sure we knew when a home was available to view if it wasn't available the day we had requested. Offers and counters were written for submission the same day and all communications were timely throughout the escrow process. We had a lot of questions and Astryd was always quick to respond and made sure we understood before we signed anything. She did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf to make sure we felt comfortable with our purchase and happy with our decisions at closing. ***We always felt looking out for our best interest was her priority throughout the home buying process and we couldn't be happier with our decision to trust her.***

Buyer reviewAstryd Gonzalez was very accessible and patient with us at all parts of the process. In the beginning, when we weren't sure if we were going to buy a home soon or within a couple of years, she did not pressure us to move more quickly than we were ready to, although she was always ready to show us any home we were interested in. When we did find a home we really wanted, she was really on it at every step - telling us what we needed to do, what was next, etc. She called the selling agent at lot to get updates when we were competing with other buyers, and ultimately we got the house. After that, she had recommendations for all the necessary people, such as a home inspector, electrician, termite company, etc. She was always quick to respond to our communications, and she was flexible with times to meet. Even after we closed, she has been very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend Astryd Gonzalez.

Seller reviewAstryd Gonzolez of Century 21, sold California property that was in my dad's family trust. I live in Kansas and Astryd came highly recommended by my brother who resides in Chula Vista. I, too, would highly recommend her as an outstanding informative realtor in the Chula Vista area. What I appreciated most was her knowledge and ability to convey what needed to be accomplished in the selling of the property. She also had the latest in computer programs which eliminated the postal service. It would have been a much more lengthy process without her computer technology know how. I credit her efficient office personnel also.
