Buyer reviewBaba, is very knowledgeable and helpful person. One of my friends refereed him to me. This was my first home purchase and he made this process very easy for me. As I first time buyer I had millions of questions and he answered them very well. Most importantly, he is very punctual in responding your smallest queries through text and call. We saw many open houses and he was always energetic to show us all the houses those fits our requirements. As a real estate agent, he kept our interest as the first priority. He has very sound knowledge and understanding about the local real estate market. Many times, he gave his honest opinions on what is good and what is bad for me with many examples, that saved us from making small mistakes. He provides you his best support in finding the resources. For any buyer I would highly recommend him.

Seller reviewWe selected Baba Agbaje because of his excellent reputation and local knowledge. He did not disappoint us. He was with us through the entire process explaining all the nitty gritty very patiently. He gave us some really good tips to prepare our house and provided us with really great recommendations of local contractors. Our sales was through a relocation company, he and his team handled all communication with them expertly, as the buyers approached closing. We were very happy with entire experience. Our plumber said it best... "if we ever sell our home, we will go with Baba Agbaje."
