Barbara Hanaway put a big effort into staging the property, and performed many tasks above and beyond normally required of a broker, such as meeting maintenance contractors on site and arranging for various repairs. It was a difficult closing due to a lot of concerns by the buyers that needed to be addressed, and Barbara kept the process on track until closing.
