An example was that she was out of state at a family gathering for her father's burial and we were in the process of negotiations of the sale of our property. She didn't miss a beat and remained in constant contact with us to ensure that we would close the deal. She took care of all of the requirements such as well, septic, etc. and was aggressive when she needed to be. She was very friendly and cordial at all times. She took the time to get to know us.
