When we first met with Barbara we explained to her that we were just starting the process, and being our first time, were pretty clueless as to what we needed to do. We told her that we wanted a house in a certain area and a date we would like to have it done. Barbara sent us a list of brokers in the area to speak with regarding financing and during that process started her search for the type of house, in the area we were looking. The house searching process took one day. She found us a house, we went and looked and it was exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want to take the chance of losing out, so she sent us over a bid that night to sign. After we placed the bid, there was all sorts of things that we didn't know much about. Regardless of how many times I called or emailed Barbara, she never once seemed irritated or annoyed...and I called or emailed a lot. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and that we were completely comfortable before we moved on to the next step. After all was said and done, we took possession of our new home one day before our original goal. Unfortunately, for repeat business, Barbara did such a great job matching us up with our home that we probably won't be looking for a new home again. However, without any hesitation, I would recommend Barbara to represent a buyer, or a seller, of a home. Her knowledge of the process and her communication is outstanding. You won't be disappointed.

Barbara Pedersen spent time after regular working hours to smooth a couple of snags we had. I'm five hours away and she did some local tasks for me a realtor wouldn't be expected to do. Sold in days for a higher price than other realtors had quoted. Be happy to use her again.
