Seller reviewHow I picked Bart - web search revealed that Bart is : Former president of professional realtor organization and the current top closer for his region Ok, so had a difficult property that had issues for years...being a distant owner is very difficult. This was a sale of a property by the estate of the decedent. Another realtor had kept this property tied up for over a year. Bart found that out and got that cleared up. He was very understanding and tolerant of a difficult situation. There were some many different issues about this property that it is difficult to count them. Bart navigated the deal through all of the difficulties and stayed cool doing it. Thanks Again Bart
