She had worked in Laguna Woods for many years and had experience in various situations. This was very helpful when we encountered some difficulties with the buyer and their agent. Her many years of experience in selling units in Laguna Woods was really helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were being protected and not taken advantage of by the seller and agent.
