Throughout the entire sales process Beth was a very strong advocate for me. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and how to deal with the governing boards making her an outstanding choice for your home buying or sale of your home. Beth constantly stays in touch with you and keeps you updated on all that is happening. Phone calls were all either answered or returned quickly greatly improving the communication needed between realtor and seller. Aside from Beth Coombs being referred to me by a friend her enthusiasm, spirit and knowledge of the area made my decision very easy! Impressive, not only ,was her marketing plan but the timeliness in which it was presented to me. And so the journey began!! Beth was very attentive in keeping me up to date on all of the proceedings leading to the sale of the property. I was thrilled to be working with someone like Beth Coombs that I would say has become a friend! An experience that was bitter sweet when the property was sold and escrow was completed.
