Aside from Beth Coombs being referred to me by a friend her enthusiasm, spirit and knowledge of the area made my decision very easy! Impressive, not only ,was her marketing plan but the timeliness in which it was presented to me. And so the journey began!! Beth was very attentive in keeping me up to date on all of the proceedings leading to the sale of the property. I was thrilled to be working with someone like Beth Coombs that I would say has become a friend! An experience that was bitter sweet when the property was sold and escrow was completed.
