Bill was a great help in finding our new home. We gave him a list of houses we wanted to look at and he also chose a house he thought we would like. We fell in love with the house Bill choose for us immediately and he gave the sellers broker our verbal bid right then and we had the house under contract in less than 24 hours. Bill is very knowledgeable and we trusted him fully to make sure we got the best deal and he looked out for our best interest during the inspection.
