My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. Listing and selling real estate allows me to continue working and helping my clients stay focused on their needs and goals while giving them the peace of mind that every detail of the transaction will be handled professionally. As one of the top producing Agents in the Century 21 system in Pennsylvania, I believe consistent training and education are key to staying ahead of the competition.
I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Professional, knowledgeable, and always on our side, he was constantly ensuring we were coming out on top of any negotiations we entered in to. Additionally, his knowledge of homes, the home buying process, and everything in between made us feel comfortable that bill always had our best interest in mind. He was active during showings, pointing out potential issues with the house OR positive aspects of the house, but never in a way to pressure us to move forward with or walk away from a purchase. I would wholeheartedly reccomend bill to any person looking to purchase or sell a home, and we are so glad he was the one helping us purchase our first home.
