My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. Listing and selling real estate allows me to continue working and helping my clients stay focused on their needs and goals while giving them the peace of mind that every detail of the transaction will be handled professionally. I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Buyer reviewSo we met Bill (His Smile will warm your heart) March of 23. We were looking to Move but didn't have a specific area to move to. We ran Bill crazy bouncing from county to county. Bill Never flinched. Always attentive and willing to go the extra mile. We actually found a house that we Loved! Willing to max out our loan and go all in! Bill took one look at the house and said, "This is Not the house for you". He knew it was pretty to look at, but he clearly saw the flaws. Turned out he was right 1Million %. The house failed inspection miserably. After that Bill went into overdrive to find our Home. The moment we walked into our current home, Bill smiled and said.... this is your Home guys. He fought for us, found discounts that would apply and stayed on the previous owners to make sure all work was completed before settlement. Bill found credits and discounts we didn't know existed.
