Bill and Angelica have been our brokers for a previous buy and subsequent sale. They were terrific and thorough. We felt our property was well advertised and kept up during the sale period. We knew that Bill and Angelica would get us into a new property and that's what happened. They went above and beyond in checking out the property because we are in another state. From our offer to getting the keys, everything went like clockwork and we are very happy with our new property.
