Bill was a pleasure to work with start to finish. This was a 7-month short sale and even when the lien-holder said nothing for long periods of time, Bill kept me infomed of that fact. He responded to requests I had to check on the house and to make queries of the owners quickly and cheerfully. I would want to have Bill on my side in any R.E. transaction I engage in.
