I worked with Bill when I purchased this same house nearly 3 years ago. He was always responsive and kept me up to do. He was exactly the same this time. And he is just an all around nice guy! Bill definitely went to bat for me with negotiations. I was willing to take a bigger hit just to get the deal done. He stood firm and got me a better price. When I first contacted him he brought a very professional folder with comps, suggestions and a plan. I would not hesitate to use Bill for every RE transaction I undertook.
