Seller reviewSelling a house can be very stressful, esp if you have never done it before. Open houses, showings, they can all be very overwhelming! Bill Underwood was on it right away! I had my first offer, for asking price, after only 1 open house! Bill was the perfect realtor for ME! He was always calm and cool and kept reassuring me that everything was going to be alright, even when things were a little messy! But sure enough, everything worked out just fine like he said it would. Bill Underwood is the guy you want holding your hand in this crazy market! I already have recommended him to my neighbor.
