Bill has been great over many years, patiently showing us homes until we were ready to buy. His love of what he does is obvious. Bill goes above and beyond, even negotiating our offer while out of town on vacation. We very much appreciate Bill and can't imagine utilizing the services of anyone else in this region. Bill's follow through is outstanding...even to knowing the details of our newly dug well and the water being inspected. He has been great to work with and has become a friend in the process. He is very generous with his time...and gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. He had the house cleaned before we closed and left other gifts for us as well. He is a treasure and Century 21 is lucky to have him! Ryan Johnson was also great to work with as he showed us the house while Bill was on vacation and wrote up the initial offer for us.

The key to selecting an agent, for me, was choosing someone who would work with me strategically to attract buyers, would guide me in navigating the stress of readying my house for sale on short notice and would negotiate effectively when offers came in. Bill listened to my motivations for getting my house sold and moving without judgement, and then outlined the tasks I needed to get done in order to meet my short timeline. He made sure I did what was needed to make my house ready for "showtime" online and coached me when I needed a push -- without allowing me to lose my mind due to the added stress of selling a house and buying a house in another region! We worked well together on responding to offers, negotiating with buyers and resolving conflicts. Bill moved from coaching to hand-holding to high-fiving with ease. It was a difficult period of time for me but also a wonderful experience thanks to Bill. Bills knows instinctively how to interact with people in ways that lead to progress and results without fueling conflict. He is stabilizing force in difficult situations. The word that comes to my mind when I think of Bill is integrity. The word that describes my transaction, thanks to Bill, is success!

I thought Bill worked really hard to present and sell this very unique property. He had beautiful photographs taken and then promoted them on various web sites to generate interest. He held a number of open houses to allow interested parties a chance to see them in person. He effectively negotiated with the buyers any areas of their concern after inspections and those were quickly remedied. The closing was complicated because I was out of town and had limited access to signing all the required papers in a timely manner but Bill was able to find a way to ensure that the closings happened successfully. Bill did an outstanding job with the planning, promotion and selling of this unique set of properties. At all times he was a complete professional. What I was particularly impressed with was the fact that this property went through multiple offers before its final sale and each time even though a particular offer was pending Bill was already busy working on alternative options should for any reason that the pending offer fall through. Bill worked diligently to ensure our needs were delicately balanced against the needs/requirements of the buyer. Overall outstanding job. Overall experience was excellent.
