BJ made a very painful process as easy as it possibly could be. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on in every steps. She made sure I got the absolute best deal possible. And when push came to shove and the loan officers where creating headaches BJ stepped up and brought everyone back on board and got it done. I have already recommended her to several people and will continue to do so. She was absolutely fantastic. Should I look to purchase any other property in the future it will absolutely be through BJ.

This being my first home I was cautious and worried about many things but Mrs. Ruble was there to answer all my questions and get answers for concerns that arose. When I sent a home to her she would answer back promptly and if a viewing was asked for she would set an appointment as soon as possible. When a time was set she was there on time. Her experience in the industry showed when viewing the homes. She would have knowledge that I did not and answered many questions and showed concerns about properties. I have nothing but good things to say about her and would recommend her services to even my close family members and friends. I just want to say thank you to her and the Century 21 staff for everything and wish nothing but the best for Mrs. Ruble through the remainder of her career.
