The process associated with purchasing the home that I chose was very frustrating. BJ kept communication open through the entire process. Without her knowledge and dedication, I would have not closed on this property.

BJ was very patient with us, taking us to various locations while we were still refining the ideal future location for our family. While viewing the house, she had a personable, unpushy way of communicating her observations, and she kept in touch with us between viewings. With the internet, it is rare to see new showings, but she did use technology to keep us informed of houses that we may not have seen online. BJ also worked around our schedule, using weekday evenings and weekends to take us to showings. It was a pleasure working with her and our children enjoyed her as well.

I was thankful that Becky Jo knew the bind I was in, in needing to buy a house not today but yesterday. I do not know much about real estate and the selling of houses but she lent a hearing ear and helped me get the house in less than a month! All I can say is a job well done - HOORAH!
