Seller reviewBob was very helpful with the sale of our home, he was helpful when we purchased it 6 years ago too. He was very patient and understanding as we searched for our new home this time. He made the sale of our home and purchase of our new home as easy as possible. Along with Carrie Andrews from Cason home loans. Overall this was not the stress filled ordeal that I had feared. Over the last 6 years Bob has become a good friend and I recommend him any time someone needs a realtor. He helped our Daughter and Son in law with their first home too.

Bob was also able to get me in contact with a mortgage officer and a home inspector that made the process of home buying very easy. I am very pleased with my new home and would refer any of my friends to Bob!

Seller reviewI don't believe there is any other agent that works as hard as Bob O. He was always a short phone call away. There has been times that I brother Bob too much, but as always, he tells me to call, he states that is why he is there. I have never been to feel that I am a burden to Bob O, on the transactions of my house. I can't think of any part of the transaction where he could have done a better job. I feel he does such a fantastic job, I told him he has permission to use my name and number as a reference.

Buyer reviewI asked Bob at the closing of new home ,"Which home did you think we would buy?" and he said "this one , hands down, no question". I believe him! We looked at several homes and he was helpful and honest in the whole process . Going above and beyond to get us into our beautiful new home . I think he was as excited about the home and property as we were! He also directed us to a wonderful loan agent Carrie Andrews at Cason Home Loans . From the first walk through to the last paper signed at closing Bob is the most professional real estate agent ! He loves what he does and it shows !

He was so easy to work with , professional , understanding ( I lived in my home for 27 years ) and guided us through the whole process, always staying just a phone call or text away..
