I am a waitress at Choo Choos Diner in downtown Flushing (since April 2016). During the past 18 months, I have seen Bob O. quite regularly. He often stops in for breakfast, and it is extremely common to see him meet with clients over a meal. I couldn't help but notice the rapport that he maintains with his clients. And I have noticed from my own interactions with Bob, that he is extremely likeable and easy to talk to and get along with. I like the way he carries himself, and the way he conducts himself with clients. Additionally, it didn't take me long to learn that Bob is very well-respected throughout our community. Not to mention he is salesperson of the month more often than not. AND he was Salesperson of the year for 2016. These accolades speak for themselves. Bob went above and beyond during the search for the right home for me and my family. He is a straight shooter, and I love that about him. He didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear about the homes I looked at, but he told me the truth--what I needed to hear. I can't say enough about Bob Oligney. I am grateful for what he has done for me in my endeavor to become a homeowner. And I can say, with NO hesitation, that I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I know who is interested in buying a home in this area. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Bob O.!!!!!
