We chose Bob because we found him to be the most approachable, and (correctly) believed he had the best local market knowledge, in addition to the best experience working with relocations (both sellers and buyers). Bob was instrumental in getting our condo sold in a very competitive and difficult market. As we were selling in an unfinished development, not only were we competing against other private sellers, but also against a national builder. On top of that COVID19 shut everything down just as the Spring market was gearing up. Every step of the way, Bob kept us up to speed with the market and how to best price our condo competitively. Bob's marketing strategy was on point, and the photos he arranged really helped our condo stand out in the crowd. Bob was extremely professional, efficient, friendly and easy to work with. He helped sort out some final repairs prior to closing and made our first home sale/relocation as smooth as we could have hoped for. We recommend Bob wholeheartedly.
