Seller reviewThe seller was my 98 y.o. father who was selling his home of 55 years. He came to the sale of his home with unrealistic expectations regarding the market value of his home given it's condition. Bobbie Hill was patient and empathic in establishing a rapport with him. He can be difficult to work with. Bobbie was able to establish a trust relationship with him and worked with him towards a more reasonable expectation of what the market would bear for his property. She demonstrated to him that she was willing to work on his behalf to get the highest possible price for his home. As I had to manage most aspects of readying the house for sale, I appreciated her assistance with guiding me to handymen and her getting the house sold and to closing quickly once I had cleared the house and made minor repairs.
