Bobbie Hill was just the type of agent I needed. She was accessible and responded promptly to communications from me, my loan processor, and the listing realtor. She got my bid in quickly and advised me when a competing bid was received. She explained options, risks, and benefits associated with every decision along the journey. She calmly developed options when problems and obstacles arose during the process to closing. My loan processor encountered resistance from the condo association in response to requests for documents. She was a calming guide when I was getting angry. She stepped in and thus eliminated the risk of my sabotaging my home process by my becoming adversarial. Every time issues arose, she resolved them effectively without the rancor I would have introduced trying to resolve myself. She earned my confidence and was empathic. I was able to stop stressing and let her handle things. She was truly my Agent and she got me through to closing on time!
