We used Schneider Century 21 Realty previously to purchase a home as well as my son's condo and were both highly satisfied with his services. Brad Schneider quickly advertised the house and conducted an open house. We immediately had several walk throughs and received an offer much quicker than anticipated. Brad Schneider has always provided excellent service and is in constant communication with the client. He always makes himself available for any questions and has a thorough understanding of the local building codes. Additionally, Brad was instrumental in helping us find a contractor to remove an oil tank and was available during the building inspector walk through to help answer questions. Overall, we contracted Schneider Century 21 because he is reliable, honest and works diligently (nights/weekends) on meeting the client's expectations. We plan on using his services again in the future.

He was knowledgeable of sales history in the area and of the very complicated and frustrating experience dealing with co op boards and co op attorneys. He handled everything efficiently while keeping me informed at all times. Brad Schneider met all of my expectations and I would have no issues recommending him to family and friends.

Brad responded to texts almost immediately throughout the sale process-from beginning to end -which relieved anxiety at times and was most helpful for the many aspects involved in my case for a first time seller. Most would not have responded as quickly i have almost no doubt. Brad has vast and broad White Plains Coop experience. His office in in White Plains as well.
