Brad responded to texts almost immediately throughout the sale process-from beginning to end -which relieved anxiety at times and was most helpful for the many aspects involved in my case for a first time seller. Most would not have responded as quickly i have almost no doubt. Brad has vast and broad White Plains Coop experience. His office in in White Plains as well.

The deal was a very unique & complex since the seller was in bankruptcy but the Broker (Brad Schneider) was on point on all ends There were several things beyond his control such as the contract/closing but he was on point

Wish we would've went with Brad from the beginning! We originally put our house on the market with another realtor from a different agency and though we had a few interested parties everything seemed to fall through with no explanation. Numerous phone calls and text messages would go unanswered and it went this way for 6 months. After switching to Brad, within a week we had 3 solid offers and ended up selling for full asking price. He made the process virtually painless and stress free from start to finish and was available WHENEVER we had any questions.
