Brad Smith sold my home quickly, for a dollar amount that I was happy with, and he gave us the advice we needed to get the place show ready without spending a bunch extra. We asked him to drive up from another city multiple times to talk business and examine upgrades, and he came through every time.

We were 1st time buyers. Thanks to Brad I now own a lovely home. He addressed my concerns. If he did not know the answer, he had no problem admitting it, then proceeded to find the answer. Thank you Brad. We were dealing with a lot. First having lost our home of 14 yrs in the Bear fire, my husband on hospice, then Covid restrictions. All my husband wanted was to see me settled in our own home. You weathered it with us and made it happen. Again thank you.
