Buyer reviewI called the local Century 21 office. Brad Smith answered our call and immediately answered all our questions and starting helping us with our special needs staying well after the office was closed to accommodate us. I have bought several homes over the course of my life, and have never had a Relator that was as helpful and truly Intune, and caring about our needs as a buyers. I'm not a person that usually answers any survey, but was happy to answer this one because of the great service we received from Brad.

Our home search spanned several months and Brad was always available when we needed him. When we wasnt available to take our calls he would respect back to us quickly. We felt like our family's home search was a priority to him and he genuinely wanted us to find the right place for us at the right price!

Seller reviewBrad Smith was very patient in my buying a short sale property for me this was a long and tedious process. Brad stayed on top of the other parties involved to make the deal come together. Then after the short sale finally closed (3 months later this was a enduring tedious process) Brad listed my property for sale. Brad Smith held open houses and fielded multiple offers explained the difference to me about the difficulties of the buyers financing so I could make a informed decision on which offer to accept in my time frame to close. Excellent job Brad I highly recommend Brad Smith
