He was very patient with all our requests, no matter how minute they may seem to others. He kept us up to date with the offers, negotiations, inspection issues and all aspects of the sale process. We received above our asking price. Brian always offered his assistance in any way we needed it. Whether it was meeting the township inspector for the CO at our house, or helping to coordinate with repairs that needed to be done after our inspection. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone that was selling or buying a home. He's the best!
