He completely understand the needs of the buyer and has always consistently delivered what is needed. He also is great at making suggestions when asked and works in the best interest of the client. Buyer reviewWe selected Brian to sell our home in manalapan. We were impressed with his use of technology and negotiating skills. His photographer took great pictures so the house sold close to listing price the first weekend. We,were happy. He,helped us deal with an arrogant and unprofessional agent the buyer's used and buyers who were nickel and diming us up to closing. This is why we selected Brian as our broker to purchase the monroe township house.

We went to 5 different towns for almost a year and Brian showed us every house at pretty much any time of the day whenever we needed. His honest opinion about houses we saw, even if we liked the house, he would point things out that we didn't notice and deterred us from the house until we found the ONE Brian was Very easy to contact and talk to at any time of the day. We would recommend to anyone we know and will use him to sell our house whenever that may be. Brian makes you feel like your part of his family and it's as if you knew him for years.
