I began my real estate Career in 1983. I have grown in the company from Sales Person, to Associate Broker to Sales Manager. I have had ownership of investment and commerical ventures which have added to my experience and understanding of the real estate business. Buyer reviewI feel that Brian went above and beyond beyond his job. With out him I wouldn't have closed on the house when I did and I wouldn't have had home owners insurance.

He presented me with options, we setforth a sales plan, within the first 10 days we had 8 showings and an offer. Brian exceeded my expectations. The only delay was on my end as the home I was moving to was under construction and there were several delays. Brian worked with me as well as the buyers and the transition from my previous home to the new home was seemless. Thank you to Brian McCardle for a successful sale!
