He was easy to talk to and built a rapport with my mom, my husband and me. He took the time to get to know us. Brian was extremely helpful in the sale of my mother's home. He listened to our needs, challenges and suggestions and was very flexible with our plan. He really knew the market and demographics of who would be interested in buying the house. He really made the listing/selling/closing of the house so easy, especially being 2 hours away. I would absolutely recommend Brian McCardle to anyone in the Hazleton area that is looking to sell their house.

Seller reviewBrian went above and beyond in trying to close this sale for us by the date originally specifically in the Agreement of Sale. Unfortunately, due to various problems with the Buyer's lending institution we closed ten days later which caused our purchase to be delayed. However, this was out of Brian's control. He did everything he could and we appreciate his efforts. He gives 100%.
